Welcome to use face recognition services. This license agreement is an effective agreement signed between you and Beijing Haixin Zhisheng Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Haixin Zhisheng") for the purpose of clarifying face recognition verification services. Before accepting this License Agreement, please read this License Agreement carefully, and carefully decide whether to confirm this License Agreement after fully understanding the relevant content. After you check the check box, this license Agreement shall be legally effective for you. If you do not agree with this Agreement or have questions about the content of this Agreement or the prompt information on the page, please do not check "Agree to this Agreement", and you will not be able to use the relevant functions provided by the Service.
Please understand and agree that:
First, this service is Haixin Zhisheng through living detection, face recognition and other technologies, to verify your real identity service. During the service process, Haixin Zhisheng will take photos of your face through the camera of the device used by you, compare the face information collected at this time with the benchmark face information legally stored by third-party cooperative agencies (including but not limited to the Ministry of Public Security and its authorized agencies), and transmit the comparison results to the application service providers who need to verify your identity in the process of using the application service. For the purpose of the Service, you agree to authorize Haixin Zhisheng to have the right to use the camera of your device, to collect your face information and to transmit your face information to cooperative institutions.
Second, In the Service, your face information is only used for the algorithm processing of living detection, and will be deleted immediately after comparison. Haixin Zhisheng will not retain your face information, if you need to retain, Haixin Zhisheng will obtain your consent.
Thrid. Haixin Zhisheng strives to ensure the normal operation of face recognition verification services on the basis of existing technical capabilities, and tries its best to improve the accuracy of face recognition verification results. However, due to the influence of facial expression, makeup, environmental light and other factors to collect face information, as well as the relatively limited range of information that can be used for verification, Haixin Zhisheng cannot guarantee that you will be able to pass face recognition.
Fourth. Haixin Zhisheng will take necessary security measures, including but not limited to encryption algorithms recognized by national regulatory authorities for data encryption transmission, to protect your information security. If you lose due to force majeure, computer hacker attacks, system failures, communication failures, computer viruses, malicious program attacks and other irresistible factors, Haixin Zhisheng will not assume any responsibility. Haixin Zhisheng signed a confidentiality agreement with the cooperative institutions, and required the cooperative institutions to ensure the security of personal information and fulfill the obligation of information security protection.

Sixth. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by the parties signing this Agreement through negotiation; If no agreement can be reached through consultation, either party may submit the case to Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect.
